EPEX (Environmental Processing EXecutive) v1.1 Addenda

  This  distribution package contains the EPEX system,  including 
the  primary system generation and binary files,  a full  manual, 
plus  assorted utilities that comprise the  non-resident  command 
set.  This software was originally released as a fully commercial 
product.  However,  because  of a lack of proper capital  and  my 
feelings  towards  the free distribution of good software,  I  am 
releasing  it  for public consumption.  Please  read  the  manual 
section regarding distribution.

  This  version needs no addenda.  For details on just what  EPEX 
can do, read the file EPEXAD.TXT, contained in this package.
