Some of the stuff in this library may be repeats of old u/l but this
will keep the package together.   Included is the current BIOS and
preassembled .HEX files of the popular versions, e.g. DS2.HEX is for
a Dual DSDD drive.... SS1.HEX is for the stock Single SSDD system, etc.
Since the news BIOS requires more space a different SYSGEN is required.
This is also included.

How to.....

Assuming A: contains existing good boot disk and B: will be new system.

Also included is a debugged version of FMT, still in Forth. This
has been tested with Columbia SSDD, DSDD and Kaypro SSDD. Now that
it is debugged more formats will follow!
