This version of FATCAT is installed and configured for ZCPR3 running on
an SB180 with the Environment Descriptor at 0FE00h, and for a terminal
that uses Wyse 50+/TVI 920-compatible cursor addressing and video
highlighting, i.e.

     Cursor addressing: ESC = rc
     Protect mode on (low intensity): ESC )
     Protect mode off (normal intensity): ESC (

If your Env Desc is at a different address, or your terminal requires
different control strings, see the instructions in the APPENDIX.A and
APPENDIX.B files that came with the complete FATCAT24.LBR.
