Ultra-Safe is a short, memory resident program which makes certain files invisible to the operating system. All files with the extension .COM are automatically inaccessible until specifically unlocked. Other files may be specifically locked out. This setup makes Ultra-Safe ideal for the RCP/M environment. When a directory is done, locked out files simply fail to appear in the listing. Even if an intruder is aware of the filename of a locked file he will be unable to access it. Such an attempt yields a file not found error. Ultra-Safe's operation can be toggled on or off by means of a flag in memory. Ultra-Safe is distributed under the User-Supported concept. If you wish to make continued use of the program, you must register as per directions in the included manual.
