This  library  contains several machine dependent I/O  and  clock
drivers for both ROS 3.4 and PICS 1.0.    Since these  versions
use  three separate drivers for system (".MCH"),  modem (".MDM"),
and  clock (".CLK") to improve the installation  process,  select
the three driver files, rename them PICS.MCH, PICS.MDM, and PICS.CLK
as appropriate, and continue as described in the documentation.

Also included in this library are the support programs for PICS.
