For more information on the program, read the comments in the source
file and/or the magazine article mentioned in the source.

The sample .MBP files are here for your convenience to quickly see the
results.  They are all very short and contain a few comments in each.

	Usage:  mbpre oldfile.ext newfile.ext <cr>

Substitute a sample file for the oldfile.ext name and use one of your
choice for the newfile.ext name.

If you use NOGOOD.MBP as your source file, MBPRE will give you some
messages regarding the errors, then you can look at the newfile.ext
(of whatever name you used) and you will see where the errors are.

You may use your text editor in the non-document mode (preferred) or
in the document modes.  Either mode will yield the same results.

Should anyone desire to improve upon this program, please place it back
onto CompuServe and/or into the public domain after bumping its version
number to the next higher.  Please also maintain the credit for the
original author.  Thanks.
