STROBE turns your computer monitor into a '60's-style psychedelic strobe light.
TO RUN STROBE: At the prompt, type  STROBE  ...then press the ENTER key.

Once the program is running, the following keys control the action:
  "+" = Pressing the "plus" key increases the flash rate.
  "-" = Pressing the "minus" key decreases the flash rate.
  ESC = Pressing the ESC key terminates the program and exits to CP/M-86.

STROBE works with any class of IBM-compatible computer, and any video system.
In spite of its unconventional appearance, STROBE will not damage any monitor.

=> WARNING: Medical research has determined that pulsating light can
            trigger epileptic attacks in susceptible individuals.

STROBE.CMD is free.  As is always the case with "freeware," there are no
guarantees whatsoever.  You use the program entirely at your own risk and
