GEMKIT v1				Robert Avis June '99

GEMKIT is a complete kit of files a disk images to get you up and
running with any version of GEM.

Included are the disk images for GEMs version 1.2, 2.2, and 3.01.

Also included is the uncompleted DRI project VIEWMAX.

To make it easier, I have written some batch files to automatically
create the correct disks. However, these need development, and as I
have lost the source, are may be buggy, although I have tested them
many times without a problem.

To create a disk set for:

	GEM Desktop v1.2	-run-	gm12make.com (4 disks)
	GEM Desktop v2.2	-run-	gm22make.com (6 disks)
	GEM Desktop v3.01	-run-	gm30make.com (6 disks)
	Viewmax Desktop ?v1.0?	-run-	vmmake.com (HD install)

PLEASE READ the readme's for each distribution, BEFORE doing anything.
They are gem12.txt, gem22.txt, gem30.txt and viewmax.txt.

There is currently no documentation included. Once I can get an online
copy of the GEM Desktop manuals, they will be included in a new
release.
