BIDUMP Version 1.23 by Charlie Godet-Ceraolo (10/04/84) IBM customization by Kirk Lawrence BIDUMP lets you browse through any file at the byte level -- going either forward or backward -- one record at a time, in "split-screen" format. BIDUMP displays the file's hex code on the left side of the screen, and the ASCII equivalent on the right side of the screen ("Norton"-type format). Any record can also be sent to the printer, if desired. Syntax: BIDUMP filename.ext Once BIDUMP has loaded the file you've specified, the following keys control the action within the program: F or to go forward. B to go backward. 1 for beginning (first record) of file. E for end (last record) of file. C for continuous forward scroll. P to PRINT current sector. Q or X to exit.
