CPD 1.4 ASSEMBLY NOTE

The file I/O routines in this version of CPD use new modules from 
ZSLIB 3.5, which will be released in a few weeks.  In the mean 
time if you need to re-assemble CPD, it will be necessary to 
manually link FLWRITE.REL with CPD14.REL before searching the 
libraries.
