ZCPR3 Help System 

   This library contains updates/new versions of the following Z3 help files:

D1           ... vs. 1.6 -> 1.7  
LBRHLP       ... vs. 1.5 -> 1.6
SREN         ... vs. 1.0 -> 1.0b
OE           ... vs. 1.4 -> 1.5

   Use VLU or NULU  to replace/add  these files  to  their appropriate  Z3HELP
lbrs:  RENAME.HZP to R.LBR, etc.  Asterisked files are beta test versions.
