Sometimes it is useful when setting up your RCP/M to know the
disposition of the bytes used by BYE5 and other programs for
maxuser, maxdrive, and of course, the wheel.  Of course you 
can always look at memory with Z8E or SHOW or PATCH but for a
really quick look this stand-alone program is hard to beat 
and very handy if you are testing the access levels for your
system with various user parameters.

This program was written by Ernie Barnhart, my co-sysop here
at AB17 and a very versatile programmer he is.  I have used
it off and on since Ernie created it and thought I would pass
it along.
