This LBR has been upgraded from 1.10 to 1.11 -- if you already have
MEX11.LBR, the only file you'll need to upgrade is MEX111.COM (and
possibly this DOC file).

MEX 1.11 fixes the following problems:

1) Baud-rate code is now properly passed to the overlay
2) MEX now agrees with MEXPAT11.ASM
3) A local stack is loaded before any other initialization is
   performed (some users reported the CCP blew up after exiting
   MEX; this should no longer happen).
4) I/O vector setup preceeds any initialization.  Thus, overlay
   initialization routines may freely use the MEX I/O routines.
