MBBS45.DOC: Documentation for 04/22/86 release of MBBS (v4.5) Version 4.5 of MBBS contains updates for MBBS.COM, LOGIN.COM and WHATS.COM, as well as the addition of APPLY.COM version 2.0. Main new features of MBBS v4.5 are: "direct access to CP/M" option for "skip CP/M PW" users in LOGIN, MBBS bugs fixed, MBBS now allows privileged users to set date using "D" function from main menu. Also WHATS will make $SYS file uploads non-$SYS files when "OK" option is used. A brand new version of APPLY.COM is also included in this release of MBBS. The sysop's manual has also been further revised, and contains several appendices which were formerly separate document files. NOTE THAT YOU MUST USE MBYE VERSION 4.0 & UP WITH THIS VERSION OF MBBS.
