******************************************************** HAP BARHYDT FONTS FOR PFONT/MX-80 The two disks in this set contain all of NOT A LONE ACTRIX combined issue 3&4 except the reprint of the Sep9 INFOWORLD article on page 2, and most of issue #2. On disk#2 has the file DISKLABL.DOC. It tells you how to print out the sample label. You will need DISKLABL.FET, DISKLABL.FON, DISKLABL.PAR, OLDE10.FON and Pfont version 2.0 or higher to print that out. GLEF1, GRAF1, and GRAF2, are CBASIC graphics demos Hap Barhydt made/sent. The BAS files are uncompiled; the INT files are "Intermediate". In either case it takes CBASIC to run these. FONTDISP.INS is the instructions for using Hap's font display program for Pfont.ower than 2.0. It IS PUBLIC DOMAIN. For more history on the dev- opment of Haps work with fonts for PFont see the file NALA3+4 and 5. These are located on the the ACES bulletin board (415) 968-1783. The file FONTDISP.INT is MORE info on this. FONTDISP.FFI works with FONTDISP.MSS to display fonts per these instructions. =========================================================== EPGRAPH.DOC discusses the use of the EPSON printer commands and dot-matrix graphics. Also there are some sample graphics programs described in this file. FONTDISP is a new program for printing out a complete font in a neat format. This is useful particularly when different characters have been substituted for some of the standard characters, as was done in all the fonts supplied with the ACTRIX. This program clearly shows which characters go with which key and also provides for extended character sets using non printing characters. Read FONTDISP.DOC for further information. A late addition to this disk is a brand new font for PFONT, which I have named FAST.FON. This is an easy to read font that provides the features of PFONT, including variable width letters and right margin justification, at a printing speed approaching that of the native Epson fonts. The documentation for this font is printing using PFONT V1.7 with the command: A> PFONT
