Function: Small directory for the Kaypro with graphics (1,2X,4,10)

Description:
    Based on the excellent directory program DR13 by Eric Gans, this
small directory (14 sectors) sorts and displays all files (including
system files) in a drive/user area. Only cosmetic changes were made,
which include additional highlighting on the Kaypro.

Usage:
    A>DD [cr]             display all files on current du: area
    A>DD B: [cr]          display all files on drive B
    A>DD A15:             display all files on drive A, user 15
    A>DD A#:              display ERASED files on drive A
    A>DD #:               display ERASED files on logged drive
