This library contains two versions of the IMP245 modem program ready to
run on the Amstrad PCW-8256 computer:

        IMP-AS12.COM   -  1200 baud Hayes compatible modems
        IMP-AS24.COM   -  2400 baud Hayes compatible modems
 
It also contains the I2AS-1.AZM (uncrunches to I2AS-1.ASM) overlay, set
for 1200 baud, that was used for this purpose.

Thanks to Edward Moore of San Diego for contacting me with the informa-
tion needed to complete this project.  Quite a number of Amstra owners
have contacted me since Sears started selling the computer in the USA,
but nobody (until now) was able to provide the port numbers and type of
I/O used.  Hope you enjoy the program.  IMP is still the only modem pgm
(free or otherwise, CP/M or MS-DOS) that has fully automatic 1k protocol
in addition to Ymodem type batch mode.
 
These features are only available on systems using KMD (or comparable)
file transfer programs.
