VERIFY is a program which works exactly like FINDBAD except VERIFY
is written for CP/M 3.0 and will verify the integrity of a disk.
It will not destroy an existing file so it is ok to use on a disk
containing valid files.  The program will lockout bad sectors on
the disk by creating a dummy file called [LOCKED].OUT and putting
in in user 15.

VERIFY B: <ret>          (or any drive A-P)
