NULUZ Version 1.50 I. Introduction I waited for over a year since crunched files were introduced to CPM-80 for a program which would uncrunch files directly from libraries. Thus I was very excited when LBREXT.COM came along. Unfortunately LBREXT.COM does not display directories of all libraries on the disk or of the members of the library. It also does not have the view function. II. What program does This is a program written for the ConIX operating system for CPM-80 which will do many of the library functions that NULU.COM does but for crunched as well as squeezed files. III. Utilities used by NULUZ To accomplish this it uses several public domain programs including SD.COM, D.COM, TX.COM and especially LBREXT.COM. This program also requires REXPR.COM (which does not load at location 100 Hex) which is distributed with the CONIX library do do multiplication on the back space from the first to the last member in the library. IV. Libraries with over 80 members This version of NULUZ will work on libraries with over 80 members. Previous versions of NULUZ did not. However, the adjustments necessary to accommodate these larger libraries take approximately a minutes. V. Future hopes Obviously if would be more convenient if someone came up with a single program which executed all of these functions. Until someone does, for those with ConIX, you will find this program really helpful. Ellis B. Levin Chicago, IL November 22, 1987
