    "THE List of Atlanta Bulletin Boards" is THE authoritative source for 
    systems accessible within the toll-free 404 exchange.  Systems do not 
    receive  a special position in the list,  just because they belong to 
    one organization or another -- purely alphabetical. 

    This  list  is compiled and updated entirely for the benefit of  you, 
    the  user.  What  you get is THE  most   accurate  Atlanta  BBS  list 
    available. While humans make lists, however, typographical errors may 
    occur,  so please bring to our attention any changes which need to be 
    made.  "THE List"  is verified and  updated every  other month, which 
    should keep everyone well enough  informed. 

    "THE  List of Atlanta Bulletin Boards" is NOT copyrighted!  I have no 
    intention  of   copyrighting  something  as simple  as  a  BBS  list.  
    Sysops  are  encouraged to  modify the list to make it  suitable  for 
    posting on their systems,  but please leave  the top sixteen lines of 
    the list in place as credit  for  our work. 

    Previously  listed (and verified) systems are shown to  be  currently
    verified  in  column  one by 'V' or 'Nn'  (i.e.  New  Number),  while
    verified  new  listings  are shown in column one by  '++'.   Any  new
    listings which are not verifiable are not included, until such   time
    as  they  can  be logged into by one  of  use.   Previously  verified
    systems  which we are now unable to verify are shown by 'B' and  'Na'
    (i.e.  Busy  and No Answer).  These unverifiable  systems  are  tried
    repeatedly  during the course of our updates, so are only given  this
    status  as  a last resort.  Those systems which do not  answer  their
    phones during the next verification process, will be removed from the
    listing.

    All systems shown as verified have actually been logged into by James 
    (i.e.  PC-LINK) or   me,   taking  note  of  connected  baud   rates,   
    system   names, registration requirements, etc.  We don't just listen 
    for a  connect,   then   blindly  go on to the next number,  as other 
    list  keepers  have been apt to do.  This takes time,  but makes "THE 
    List" more  reliable for the user and sysop alike. 

    Please help us keep this list as accurate as possible, by telling  us
    of  corrections  which may need to be made.  Users,  especially,  are
    encouraged  to pass along to one of our systems any  information  you
    may  have about systems not shown, so we may verify and include  them
    in  the  next  release.   User accesss is simple  on  either  of  our
    systems.
