Grade book program

This program was originally written by Steve Strommen.
Repaired and Modified by Ronald Mozer.

When I downloaded this program from the Thousand Oaks RCP/M
it had the source corrupt and was too big to run on a Kaypro 10.
I have modified it to run with a smaller TPA and have added two
constants at the beginning of the program so that it may easily
be modified for different maximum number of students and assignments.

The program is setup to run on the Kaypro computers or any CP/M
computer supporting the ADM 3A terminal emulation.  By changing
the clear.screen and position procedures it could be made to run
on almost any CP/M machine.  The source is in the SBASIC compiler
format.
