EXLPAT fixes a problem in EXL.COM (from EXL.LBR) which prevents other
programs from accessing output files written by EXL whose filetype
has less than 3 characters. Source and Intel hex file are provided.
Apply to EXL.COM with DDT, DDTZ, MLOAD, etc.
