quit and deliver up the premises you now hold as our tenant,
 
to wit: the area referred to as the United States of America,
 
in or within 30 days of the receipt of this notice.
 
 This notice is given due to non-payment of rent. The
 
present amount due for rent arrearage is:

to be paid to lease agent.
 
       You may redeem your tenancy by full payment of said
 
arrears within 30 days of receipt of this notice.
